Very detailed carving of quail on log
1980s
The quail is slightly loose on the log, which is intentional.
I think it’s made out of pecan shell sawdust and resin. This piece would have been cast from the mold of an original carving.
It looks exactly like wood
9” Long, 3” wide, 4.5” tall
